       1.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Recipe in the Recipe Workbench by double-clicking it.

The initial screen of the Recipe Information System is then displayed.

       2.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with the quick info Create.

       3.      If you want to use a recipe as a template, enter the name under Source.

       4.      Under Target, choose a recipe type that supports versioning.

       5.      If necessary, enter a key for the recipe. If you do not assign a key, the system numbers the recipes automatically.

       6.      Confirm your entries.

The This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Basic Data tab page is then displayed. The recipe has automatically been assigned a version number that is added to the key (for example, NAME.001 for the first version).

       7.      Save your entries.

Note

You can create a new version for this recipe version. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with the quick info Copy, confirm, and save your entries. The subsequent version is now created.

If you do not create the version copy directly from the version editing screen with the copy function, proceed as described under points 1 to 7. Remember to enter the key of the predecessor version (without the version number) under Target to continue the version chain. When you create a new version chain, do not enter anything under Target, or assign a new key.
