Definition
A portfolio table contains the combination of key fields that identifies an individual portfolio record. It is assigned to the access sequence that is used for searching the record. Each record is created with this key combination, which makes the system search more effectively and quickly.
This table is technically the same as the condition table, which consists of the combination of the multiple key fields. When a portfolio record is created, data fields are defined according to the portfolio table assigned to the access sequence. The following figure illustrates the relationship of the related elements.

When the data is maintained in a contract, the system checks if there is any suitable portfolio record.
