Definition

The Employees theme category includes reports that relate to general employee information (HIS) as well as training, appraisals and personnel development.

Use

Using the functions of the Employees theme category, you can call up the data you require on directly and indirectly subordinate employees in your area of responsibility in the form of a report (evaluation), as well as start reports on staff development. In addition, you can create and evaluate appraisals and qualification profiles for employees, and requirements profiles for positions. You can then use this data to run profile matchups. Finally, you can start Travel Management reports.

Structure

Using the function tree on the left screen area, you can execute the following functions and reports:

  1. InfoSet Query

The InfoSet Query enables the manager to access information from all areas of Human Resources. Structure link HR in Infoset Query

  1. Reports on general employee information from HR Master Data Employee Information (HIS)
  1. Reports on employees’ time data (HIS)
  1. Reports on education and training Reports on Education and Training
  2. Performance appraisals Performance Appraisals/Personnel Development
  3. Reports on Personnel Development Performance Appraisals/Personnel Development

Note

The tab page you select and the position of your cursor in the right screen area are crucial when determining the extent of a report. For example, if you choose the tab page Directly Subordinate Employees and select an organizational unit of your choice, the report only covers that organizational unit with its corresponding employees.

If you choose the All Subordinate Employees tab page, the organizational unit you selected and all organizational units and employees underneath it will be considered.
