This activity refers to the legal constants required to carry out the severance payment calculation process.

These constant values, defined by legislation, are stored in the Payroll constants table (T511K). It is generally necessary to maintain the following:

• Number of days assigned for annual seniority (VESAN constant)
• Number of days assigned for monthly seniority (VESMO constant)
• Minimum number of months of service to start the monthly seniority calculation (VESMG constant).
• Minimum number of years of service to start the annual seniority calculation (VESMA constant)
• Maximum number of days assigned for annual seniority (VESMX constant)
