Identification Documents are those documents that contain information relevant to specific payroll processes.

The ID document categories are included as subtypes of the ID Data infotype (0185). In the case of payroll accounting for Venezuela, the following document types have been created:

• Identity Card
• Passport
• Driver’s License
• Military Draft Card

You maintain the identification document categories in the Identification types table (T5R05), indicating their code and description, using the IMG activity:
