Definition

This infotype stores information related to employee Social Insurance. You can store information on Pension Insurance, Unemployment Insurance and Accident Insurance.

Structure

·        Pension Insurance

In this section, you can select the insurance identification number, the group and the department, to which the employee belongs. The infotype displays the options based on your configurations in the following tables:

¡        Pension insurance contract (Finland) (V_T7FI02)

¡        Pension insurance groups (Finland) (T7FI03)

¡        Pension insurance departments (Finland) (T7FI04)

         Unemployment Insurance

In this section, you select the insurance group to which the employee belongs. Payroll Finland computes the Unemployment Insurance for an employee based on this insurance group.

You can specify the rates applicable on the different insurance groups using the table view Unemployment percentages (Finland) (V_T7FIU0).

         Accident Insurance

In this section, you can select the Identification Number and the Risk Group of the employee. The infotype displays the options based on your configurations in the following tables:

¡        Help for accident insurance contract (Finland) (V_T7FI07)

¡        Risk groups for accident insurance (T7FI06)

For configuration information, refer to the IMG under Payroll Finland ® Social Insurance ® Accident Insurance.

·        Social Insurance contribution

In this infotype, you also have the option to indicate that an employee is not eligible for Social Insurance. In this case, the payroll will not compute the social insurance for the employee.

You also have the option to indicate that Social Insurance exemption is not applicable for an employee.
