Use

You use this report (RFEBJP00) to read electronic bank statements in the format prescribed by the Japanese Bankers Association. It reads the statement and makes the appropriate accounting postings.

Prerequisites

Customizing

You make all the settings required in Customizing for Financial Accounting (FI) by choosing Bank Accounting ® Business Transactions ® Electronic Bank Statement.

Features

When you execute the report, the system imports the bank statements, identifies the individual business transactions and filters out the information required for posting, and subsequently generates batch input sessions for posting in G/L and subledger accounting. A posting log is output, and you can print the bank statements using the Electronic Bank Statement: Include Print Routines (Japan) report (RFEKAPJ0).
