Loading or Unloading a Vehicle 
Use
Using a presentation device, you can register the start and finish of loading and unloading.
In the case of registering the finish of loading/unloading, you can either register the finish of loading/unloading all goods on to/from the vehicle, or register the finish of loading/unloading selected deliveries on to/from the vehicle (loading/unloading by delivery).
Prerequisites
The vehicle for which you want to register the start and finish of loading or unloading is located at a door.
Procedure
Registering the Start of Loading/Unloading

From the Menu screen, choose Load/Unload ® Load Start. The Select Vehicle to Load/Unload screen appears. |
From the Menu screen, choose Load/Unload ® Unload Start. The Select Vehicle to Load/Unload screen appears. |

Enter/scan one or more of the following details for the vehicle for which you wish to start loading or unloading: · Container ID · License plate number · Standard carrier access code · Forwarding agent |

Choose Next. The Load/Unload Start screen appears, displaying the vehicle’s details. If the search resulted in more than one vehicle, you can scroll between vehicles by choosing the down ( Ú) and up ( Ù) scrolling buttons. |

Scroll to the vehicle (if necessary) and choose Save to register the start of loading. |

Registering the End of Loading/Unloading

Choose Next. The Load/Unload Finish screen appears, displaying the vehicle’s details. If the search resulted in more than one vehicle, you can scroll between vehicles by choosing the down ( Ú) and up ( Ù) scrolling buttons. |

If you want to register the end of loading all the goods on to the vehicle, scroll to the vehicle (if necessary) and choose Save. The stock status of the vehicle changes from 1 Empty to 3 Full. |
If you want to register the end of unloading all the goods from the vehicle, scroll to the vehicle (if necessary) and choose Save. The stock status of the vehicle changes from 3 Full to 1 Empty. |

If you want to register the end of loading by delivery, do the following: ... a. Choose ByDl. The Select Deliveries to Load/Unload screen appears. b. Enter/scan the numbers of the deliveries. The entered deliveries appear under Selected Documents. c. Choose Next. You return to the Load/Unload Finish screen. d. Choose Save. The query message Remaining deliveries are to be loaded later? appears. If you choose Yes, the stock status of the vehicle changes from 1 Empty to 2 Partially full. If you choose No, the stock status of the vehicle changes from 1 Empty to 3 Full, and the remaining deliveries are un-assigned from the vehicle. |
If you want to register the end of unloading by delivery, do the following: ... a. Choose ByDl. The Select Deliveries to Load/Unload screen appears. b. Enter/scan the numbers of the deliveries. The entered deliveries appear under Selected Documents. c. Choose Next. You return to the Load/Unload Finish screen. d. Choose Save. If you selected all of the deliveries assigned to the vehicle, the stock status of the vehicle changes from 3 Full to 1 Empty. If you did not select all of the deliveries assigned to the vehicle, the stock status of the vehicle changes from 3 Full to 2 Partially full.
