Infotype
0548 (Supplementary funds)
This infotype contains all necessary data for defining the amount which can be deducted from severance pay reassigned to the supplementary fund(s).
As seen from a temporal perspective this infotype/subtype has a beginning but no end, and empty values outside the validity period are not allowed. Moreover it has to be single at a certain moment.
The Supplementary funds infotype is made up of basic data as well as the following field groups:
● “Social security type”: it indicates the subtype (e.g. supplementary social security) and is a required entry field.
● “Fund indicator”: it is a required entry field; the related description must be read and reported in the infotype.
● “Payment indicator”: it is an optional entry field.
● “Employee’s ID number”: it is a required entry field.
● “Fund enrollment type”: it is a required entry field. If the field “Payment indicator” is valued, it can only have the values "After 1993/first employment" or "After 1993/second employment"; if the field "Payment indicator" is not valued, it can only have the value "Before 1993".
● “Payment calendar indicator”: it is an optional entry field.
● “Severance pay withdrawal options”: it is a required entry field if the field “Fund enrollment type” is “After 1993/first employment” or "After 1993/second employment”; otherwise it is optional. If this field is valued with the option “Automatic”, the quota is calculated according to the table formula. Otherwise the table indicates the wage types into which the explicit value of the percentage or amount in the infotype must be inserted.
● “Percentage”: it is required if the field “Severance pay withdrawal options” has “a < 100% percentage”, and otherwise it is not valuable.
● “Fixed amount”: it is required if the field "Severance pay withdrawal options" is "with fixed amount".
