Employees Management with a Coordinated
Collaboration Contract 
This functionality required by law provides assistance for the creation of the GLA template in form of spreadsheet meant for reporting the contributions paid on account and from the employees with a coordinated collaboration contract to INPS (National Social Security Institute).

All the records produced in the system are related to the sold-to party, to the colleagues and the payments. The data concerning contribution (main activity, code of another form of compulsory insurance) are managed in the infotype 0154.
In order to obtain the file to be forwarded to INPS, a program is executed: the necessary data are gathered on the basis of the master data and the calculation.
Afterwards it is necessary to check the accuracy of these data (referred to the employer, to the employees with a coordinated collaboration contract, the insurance coupon and the due contributions); then the file is saved locally.
Later it will be loaded on the program made available by INPS called INPS 2000 for the declaration.
After a further accuracy check on the resulting data the file is reimported locally and then sent back to the National Social Security Institute.
