Visibility: This workset is visible in the workset Sales Support in the role for Internal Sales Representative.

 

Use

This workset links to the transaction for processing sales contracts. It enables internal sales representative to maintain contracts. Using this workset, internal sales representatives can create, update and monitor contracts on behalf of their sales managers and sales representatives.

They can also create new sales contracts and the follow-up documents to a contract, such as an activity to call a customer when the contract is about to expire.
