Definition

·        The sponsored program is a tool for grouping costs to satisfy the sponsor's view and reporting needs. It defines, in the sponsor's view and terms, a program to be funded.

The associated authorization object is called F_FIGM_PRG.

·        The sponsored class represents the sponsor's expense and revenue classification. It is used to group expenses and revenues to meet the sponsor's reporting requirements.

The associated authorization object is called F_FIGM_CLS.                                                                        

Use

Authorization objects F_FIGM_PRG and F_FIGM_CLS are applied to GM activities as follows:

·        01 Create or generate

When a sponsored program/class is being created, the system checks for this authorization activity.

·        02 Change

This activity applies when you are changing a sponsored program/class.

·        03 Display

This activity applies when you display a sponsored program/class.

·        10 Post

Optionally, a BAdi can check the authorization for the user to post actuals for a sponsored program/class.
