Intermediary Calculations for Collateral Agreements 

Purpose

This function determines a series of intermediary calculations that are performed for determining the value available from collateral agreements for collateralization purposes. The following intermediary calculations are performed for collateral agreements:

·        Assessment Value

·        Collateral Right

·        Prior Charges

 

In addition, the system also calculates the Loan to Value Ratios for collateral agreements that can be used for determining the extent of collateralization with respect to the available collateral.
