Creating Documents on Dependants 
In this step, you store all the information with regard to the legal documents needed by the global employee’s dependant(s) according to HR processor.
1. Execute the relevant personnel action or choose Human Resources > Personnel Management > Administration > HR Master Data > Maintain.
2. If you have chosen to maintain the infotype manually, enter the global employee’s personnel number and choose infotype Documents on Dependants (0703).
3. Click Create and select the applicable related person to retrieve the relevant data from infotype Family and Related Persons (0021). If not available, maintain this infotype first.
4. Enter the country and the number of the previously selected document.
5. Enter the date, place and country of issue.
6. Specify whether the application has been accepted or not.
7. Specify the document location.
8. Click Save.
9. Repeat the previously mentioned steps for any other document(s).
