Bank Details for Concurrent Employment

The Bank Details infotype (0009) contains information about how an employee receives remuneration for his work.

The payment method determines whether the employee receives remuneration by bank transfer, check, or cash payment.
If the employee receives remuneration by bank transfer, infotype 0009 contains the bank details required for this transfer.

If you use concurrent employment, you must also note the following aspects:

If a concurrently employed person has personnel assignments in different countries, he or she will, as a rule, have a bank account for each personnel assignment in the relevant country since the employer is connected to one country. However, if he or she wants to use the same bank details for all personnel assignments, you must create individual records of infotype 0009 for each country. You cannot use records of this infotype across national boundaries. This applies to the following types of records of infotype 0009:

Subtype 0 (Main Bank Details)

Subtype 1 (Other Bank Details)

Subtype 5 (Main Bank Details for Off-Cycle)

Subtype 6 (Other Bank Details for Off-Cycle)
