Use

You can use tab pages to choose between different views of your organizational area of responsibility: in other words you can choose, for example, whether the system should display only the directly subordinate, or all subordinate organizational units with the corresponding positions and holders, or with the addition of the respective master cost center.

For each single theme category in Manager’s Desktop you can decide which tab pages you would like the system to display on your desktop on the right side of the screen.

Prerequisites

  1. You have defined in customizing which tab pages and therefore which views of the organizational area of responsibility are available in each Manager’s Desktop theme category. Starting from these settings, you can hide or display tab pages in each theme category on a user-specific basis.
  2. You are on a theme category screen, in which the organizational area of responsibility is displayed on the right side of the screen.

Activities

  1. To specify which tab pages you want to display or hide for each theme category, choose Settings ® Tab pages.

A dialog box appears, in which all tab pages defined for the theme category in question are selected.
  1. To hide a particular tab page for this theme category, deselect the relevant checkbox.
