Procedure

If you wish to assign the selected deliveries to several different shipment documents, for example, for capacity reasons, you can create additional shipment documents on the overview screen Shipments and Deliveries. Proceed as follows:

  1. Select the deliveries and choose Sie Edit ® Automatic planning ® Shipment per delivery.

    2. A message appears informing you that a new shipment document with a provisional number has been created.

  2. Assign the deliveries to the new shipment document, as required.
  3. Save the new shipment document. The system displays the number that it assigned to this document, according to the number range defined for shipment documents.
