- Output is not proposed in the direct mailing.
- Make sure the activity status is set to 2.
- Make sure condition records for the appropriate output type have been maintained.
- Make sure print parameters have been maintained.
- Problems arise when output is printed.
- Check the processing log.
- Make sure output dispatch time 4 (immediately after saving) has not been set in the condition record.
- The settings in Customizing for the output type can be altered temporarily so that repeat sending of the output is possible. After reprocessing is completed, make sure the Customizing settings for the output type are reset.
- You cannot branch from a sales activity into follow-up sales processing (for example, quotation processing).
- Make sure the follow-up functions have been defined for the sales activity type in Customizing. Check with your system administrator.
- Make sure organizational data has been defined on three levels (sales organization, distribution channel, and division). The entry of sales area data can be made mandatory in Customizing for the sales activity type. Check with your system administrator.
- Mandatory partners are not proposed in the sales activity.
- Make sure the partners have been maintained in the customer master.
- Make sure organizational data has been defined on three levels (sales organization, distribution channel, and division). The entry of sales area data can be made mandatory in Customizing for the sales activity type. Check with your system administrator.
- Organizational data is not defaulted from the user parameters defined in the user profile.
- Make sure the organizational data has been defined as mandatory for the sales activity type in Customizing. Check with your system administrator.
- Follow-up activities are not created.
- Make sure you have entered the follow-up activity and date in the sales activity.
- Make sure the copying control for sales activities is correct in Customizing. Check with your system administrator.
- No enclosures order is created for a direct mailing although a sample enclosure exists.
- Make sure that an order type for enclosures have been entered in Customizing for sales activities. Check with your system administrator.
