Monitoring the Direct Mailing Campaign 
You can perform lead tracking by monitoring the document flow for a direct mailing to see whether any follow-up activities or sales documents have been generated.
Prerequisite
You must be in the Change Direct Mailing screen.
Procedure
Choose Goto
® Document flow.Result
Depending on what you have entered in the direct mailing, the system displays the following information:
The follow-up sales activities are also recorded in the worklist of the relevant employee responsible.
