You can define user master records so that the system automatically proposes important sales-related data when the users call Sales Support functions. For example, the system can propose data relating to a user's sales area (the sales organization, distribution channel, and division). In addition, the system can propose, if relevant, the user's sales office and sales group. This default data is entered in the form of user parameters (System ® User profile ® User parameters).
