Other Calculations for Receivable 

Purpose

This process explains how the system determines the calculated values for the receivables. You can use the following calculated values of receivables determine the amount of collateralization for the receivables:

Coverage Gap

Overdraft Value

Process Flow

The system executes the following calculation functions for receivables :

1. Determines the coverage gap, if any, for the collateralized receivables after distributing the collateral value.
2. If no coverage gap exists, the system determines if any free collateral is available after distribution of the collateral value.
3. If you select the component type Overdraft, the system determines the overdraft amount (according to the current risk and the maximum risk) collateralized for the receivable.
