Use

The Preview function allows you to access a preview of the appraisal template in print or Web layout.

Procedure

       1.      In the entry structure, position the cursor on the appraisal template you want to display in the preview.

       2.      In the context menu, choose

¡        Preview ® Print Layout
or

¡        Preview ® Web Layout

Result

The appraisal template is displayed in the preview according to the layout you selected.
