Architecture and Communication 

This section explains how the Service Parts Management (SPM) systems communicate with each other and the communication methods used to transfer data through the landscape.

This section is divided into the following parts:

·        System Landscape

Contains details about the systems you need to run the SPM processes.

·        Document Control

Shows the type of communication used in the SPM landscape and how the ERP system controls changes to documents.

·        Communication Between SPM Systems

Provides an overview of the various communication channels between the ERP system and SAP CRM, SAP EWM, SAP APO, SAP ICH, and SAP GTS.

·        Administration and Monitoring

Shows the tools that you use to monitor the transfer of data between the systems in the SPM landscape.
