Procedure

  1. Choose Logistics or Accounting ® Project System ® Resources ® Workforce planning® Reporting.
  2. Enter a profile and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Enter) to use its settings.
  3. If necessary, change the planning period, or the other settings by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  4. Choose the relevant tab page for the view of workforce planning that you want to work with.
  5. Enter the required objects in the Selection section.
  6. If applicable, set indicators for displaying the availability of personnel resources or work centers. If you do not set the With availability pers. res. indicator, the system does not determine availability and consequently cannot display the traffic lights for the load on personnel resources.
  7. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
