Social security contributions France
The Social insurance infotype (0064) is the essential vector in calculating employee and employer contributions in the system. Each employee is linked to a contributions model. In addition to the four components of the contributions model, feature 06FCO is used to assign automatically the ten additional funds and ten corresponding contributions. The system supports changes to these contributions models over time. The contributions are defined in table T5F1C and the contributions bases in table T5F1G.
In addition, table T5F1H extends this range by making it possible to configure a contribution by modifying the basis submitted, the limit, the base, the contribution basis, etc.
The employer is obliged to declare and pay employee and employer contributions to the relevant bodies at intervals established by law.
The following features are supported:
● Calculation of employer and employee contributions and of the contribution amounts performed by means of the payroll function FCCO
● Progressive adjustment of balance
● Calculation of the thirtieths performed by means of the payroll function FCDAY
● Calculation of contributions taking into consideration splits caused by a change in social insurance obligations performed by means of the payroll function FSVAV (e.g. change from supervisor to executive)
● Gross/net iteration
● Automatic updating of limits
● Reinitialisation of bases
● Calculation of isolated sums (e.g. in the event of an employee retiring)
● Calculation of family allowances
● Fillon law reduction
● Social and fiscal reintegration
