Changing Work Areas Without Versioning 

You want to change the data stored for a work area without saving the historical version. This can be useful if, for example, you simply want to correct input errors. To do this, you change the data record without creating a new version. Compare Changing Work Areas with Versioning.

Procedure

       1.      From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu, choose Work Areas ® Edit Work Areas.

The Edit Work Area: Initial Screen appears.

       2.      Enter your search parameters and choose  or .

This takes you to the hit list.

       3.      Choose the work area you want to change.

       4.      Navigate to the function whose data you want to change.

       5.      Make your changes and save them.
