Deleting Waste Approvals 
This procedure describes how you delete a waste approval and all dependent data in the master data.

A waste approval cannot be deleted until you have deleted all dependent data.
The waste approval that you want to delete is not used in the disposal processing and disposal documentscomponents.

1. In the Waste Management menu, choose Master Data ® Master Data Overview.
2. In the overview tree, double-click a waste management business partner that is assigned to the waste approval that you want to delete.If you do not know any of the assigned waste management business partners, proceed as follows:

a. Enter the waste approval that you want to delete on the Partner tab page or enter search criteria for the waste approval on the Waste approval tab page.
b.
Choose
with the quick info Display hit list.
c. Double-click the waste approval that you want to delete.
3. Choose the Waste approval tab page.

Do not select any data records on the other tab pages before you choose the Waste approval tab page. Otherwise a data filter is set, which may mean that some of the waste approvals are no longer displayed.
4. Select the waste approval and delete all dependent data in the waste approval as follows without saving the changes:
...
a. Choose Disposal channels.
b. Delete the assignments of disposal channels as described under Deleting Disposal Channel Assignments.
c. Choose the Partners tab page.
d. Delete the assignments of waste management business partners and their dependent data as described under Deleting the Assignment of Waste Management Business Partners.
e. Choose the Waste code tab page.
f. Delete the assignments of waste codes and their dependent data as described under Deleting Waste Code Assignments.
5. Go back to the screen with the Waste approval tab page.
6. Check whether the waste approval that you want to delete and whose dependent data you have deleted, is still selected.

Choose
with the quick info Delete and then choose
Save.
