Un-Sealing

1.

From the Menu screen, choose Seal/Un-Seal ® Seal.

The Select Vehicle to Seal/Un-Seal screen appears.

From the Menu screen, choose Seal/Un-Seal ® Un-Seal.

The Select Vehicle to Seal/Un-Seal screen appears.

Enter/scan one or more of the following details for the vehicle that you wish to seal or un-seal:

·        Container ID

·        License plate number

·        Standard carrier access code

·        Forwarding agent

Choose Next.

The Seal/Un-Seal screen appears, displaying the vehicle’s details.

If the search resulted in more than one vehicle, you can scroll between vehicles by choosing the down ( Ú) and up ( Ù) scrolling buttons.

Scroll to the vehicle (if necessary), enter one or more sealing numbers and choose Save.

The vehicle is sealed and the entered sealing numbers appear in the Sealing Number fields of the vehicle’s ALV record in the yard monitor.

Scroll to the vehicle (if necessary) and choose Save.

The vehicle is un-sealed.
