Development List
The development list is a multi-function evaluation of the existing value adjustments and provides you with a comprehensive overview of their progression.
The list is divided into five parts:
· Development list (per account): This shows the progression of the value adjustments – balanced for the RBD flow category (capital, interest, and charges) within the entered period for each RBD account in the selection range.
· Development list (total): Shows the total of the value adjustments for the RBD accounts in the selection range, grouped according to interest, charges, and capital value adjustments.
· Postings: This tab page shows a posting log for each RBD account in the selection range and within the specified period. Unlike the development list (per account), each individual posting for the RBD account is shown here instead of the account balance.
· Accounts: This tab page shows a list containing all the existing RBD accounts.
· Planned records: The Planned Records tab page lists all the planned records that have not yet been posted (to become actual records). You can use this information to post or delete any planned records that have been "forgotten" before you start your year-end closing activities.
Enter your selection criteria on the initial screen and run the report.
The
development list can be run for multiple source systems. This means that all
RBD accounts are taken into account, including those that contain value
adjustments for SAP Deposits Management accounts, for example. In that case,
however, interest and charges cannot be displayed separately, as for current
accounts only the balance is relevant, and this is normally associated
with the flow type group capital.
