Evaluation of FDI message responses 

Objective

The plain text file that the Social Insurance sends as a response to the previously sent FDI message is processed by the ‘FDI message response evaluation’ program (RPUFRIE0).

Requirements

You must have sent an FDI message to the Social Insurance.

Process

Select the file that you want to process on the selection screen and execute the program.

If you select the field ‘Live execution’, the program will update all the relevant fields from the “FDI message data” (0768) infotype, including the historical data entries, according to the Social Insurance response.

Result

Once the response is processed, all the employee movements are recorded in the infotype 0768. The last entry in the record and in the history must be a registration message from the Social Insurance with the status ‘closed’.
