Report Information System – Industrial Hygiene and Safety

Tasks

You use this role to search for reports, and display and print them. Depending on the system settings, you can also trigger report shipping, or in other words, create report shipping orders.

Typical report categories in Industrial Hygiene and Safety are the standard operating procedure and the accident report.

Integration

This role works in close cooperation with the following roles:

Report Creation (SAP_EHS_SAF_REPORTGENERATION)

You need this role to create reports.

Report Shipping (SAP_EHS_SAF_REPORTSHIPPING)

With this role you can manage your report shipping orders.

Report Management (SAP_EHS_SAF_REPORTEDIT)

Only reports with the status Released or Historical appear in the report information system. You must therefore have released reports that contain agent data (for example, standard operating procedures – depending on the document template) beforehand. You do not need to specifically release reports that do not contain agent data as they are automatically considered as released (for example, accident reports).
