Displaying Contract Bundles 
Once you have entered the contract bundle number, you can display existing contract bundles (display mode). You can display versions as well as contract sections for a fixed technical time spot, and changes for a fixed effective time spot.
Contract bundles have already been created.

1. In the Contract bundle number field, enter the number of the required contract bundle. The Effectively valid from and Technically valid to fields are defaulted with the current date and time. You can change these if required.

. You reach one of the data screens:
Contract bundle name
This shows the name of the selected contract bundle.
Contract bundle assignment
This shows the assignments to the selected contract bundle.
Assignment of commission contracts to contract bundle
This shows the commission contracts assigned at the time spot Effectively valid from and Technically valid from (compare header row) for the selected contract bundle.
Assignment of contract bundle to contract bundle
This shows the contract bundles assigned at the time spot Effectively valid from and Technically valid from (compare header row) for the selected contract bundle.
3. To display the contract bundle in the following ways, choose the Display variant pushbutton:
· Display all versions
· Display contract bundles that are technically valid on a certain date
· Display contract bundles that are effectively valid on a certain date
4. To specify whether items from changes are to be determined during item determination, for which no new contract version was/is written, set the With external items indicator. To activate the selected display variant, choose Select.
5. To define the selected display variant as a standard, choose Select as standard variant. This means that when you redisplay the contract bundle, this setting has been saved as the default.
6. To compare versions according to the time spot, choose Time spot-based version comparison. The system displays the Display contract bundle: Version comparison dialog box. You have the following options:
You can enter an effective and a technical validity time spot. The system then compares the corresponding versions (if such versions exist for these time spots) for exactly these times. This can also be the same version.
You can also enter the version number. In this case, the start time is selected automatically.
7. If you choose Start comparison, the next screen is displayed. This can be laid out according to the enterprise or the commission clerk.
· You also have the option of making customer-specific settings by grouping individual change objects, and creating various display variants and/or initial screen variants.
· The created change lists can be printed, sent out, exported (MS Word, MS Excel), and also saved and stored.
