Customer Master Data 
Basic customer master data is downloaded to the mobile device. You can only display this data but you cannot change it or add new customers.
The mobile application supports transactions with one-time customers, that is customers for whom you do not want to create a backend customer master record. A special one-time customer master record is used for these transactions. Separate visits are created for each one-time customer on a tour. All visits are associated with the same one-time customer number. The sales representative can enter the actual name and address information for the individual one-time customers.
Financial open item information is downloaded for the associated customers. Additionally, when invoices are created on the device, the associated open items are created as well. Customer payments can be applied towards these open items. Final matching is performed in the route accounting database.
