Work Termination (0645) 

Definition

In this infotype, you enter all data relevant to work termination. SAP recommends you include this infotype within leaving.

The data in this infotype is paramount for calculating compensations. Therefore, if you do not enter data in this infotype, the system cancels the final employee payroll run.

 

Structure

This infotype is divided into groups of logical fields. These include the following:

Work Termination Reason

Represents the cause or reason for work termination. This data is important for specifying the total compensations to be paid.

Notice data

This checkbox is used to specify whether the system generates a payment or deduction with the notice compensation data.

Compensations to be paid

In this section of the screen you display and/or enter data relevant to the compensations to be paid.

Simulation pushbutton

Carries out a simulation of the calculation of the compensation indicated in this infotype.
