Object technology is used to create the interface between the SAP functions and the Workflow system.

The methods and events for triggering the workflow are provided via business object BUS2124 (Trading Contract):

Task groups are collections of standard tasks, workflow templates and other task groups that are used in a common context.

The workflow templates for the following workflows are grouped together under task group TG03100002:

• Display trading contracts
• Change trading contracts
• Release trading contracts

In the standard system, the Purchasing Group role (90001) is defined for determining the person responsible. However, you can also assign other roles or specific users.
