Settlement of leave and settings 

●     The Absences infotype (2001) is used to record leave. The Leave Compensation infotype (0416), subtype 001, is used to indicate a leave premium to be paid independently of salary.

●     Using the characteristic MXVAC, it is possible to determine the type of leave quota by personnel group and area. See IMG section Payroll Accounting: Mexico ® Reserves ® Determine Modifier for Leave Allocations.

●     We recommend looking at the Time Management settings in the IMG, especially those for Time Account Management with attendance/absence allocation. In section Payroll Accounting: Mexico ® Leave Compensation for Time Allocations ® Assign Wage Types to Allocations to be Compensated.

●     Report HMXTVAC0 “Settlement of Leave Allocation Compensation” makes it possible to generate a list of the allocations to be settled. The report is then used to settle them. A batch input can be used to update the data for the Leave Compensation for Time Allocations infotype (0416). We recommend that you view the documentation for this report.
