Objects and Encumbrances 

Use

The Objects and Encumbrances tab page shows all the objects and encumbrances assigned to the SAP Loans Management contracts in this RBD portfolio, and the key information stored in the source system.

This data is not processed automatically in the Reserve for Bad Debt component. This information is provided to help the administrator process and assess the value adjustment case.

 

Procedure

All the objects and encumbrances assigned to the SAP Loans Management contracts are displayed automatically. The user is not required to carry out any further actions.

If you have processed your collateral in the Collateral Management System (FS CMS), the asset data and collateral arrangements will be displayed here. In the Collateral Management System (FS CMS) you can also enter asset data and collateral arrangements for SAP Deposits Management accounts. This data is also displayed in the RBD account.
