Procedure

For taxation of the vacation allowance, the system:

  1. Takes the rate that corresponds to the full gross amount of the vacation allowance, based on 22 days as stored in LVACE constant.
  2. Stores the taxable amount in /103 wage type
  3. Stores the estimated total tax basis, which is used to get the correct tax rate, in wage type /E03.

NoteIn case of employees entering or leaving the company, the taxable gross amount is proportional to the days accrued by the employee.
