Absences
The processing and valuation of the protected absences occur via a standard solution based on the function XNAB.
This solution supports every kind of absence and can adapt to many national working contracts.
The kinds of absences supported by the system are listed below:
● Parental leaves (absences “in hours” included)
● Maternity (compulsory / optional; paid / not paid)
● Career break
● Illness leave (with/without subsequent sickness; with/without treatment as inpatient)
● Work-related accident
● Breastfeeding
● Wedding leave
● Blood donations
● Dialysis
● Wages guarantee fund (ordinary and special interventions / construction sector)
The master data referred to the absences are included in the infotype 2001, subdivided in days / hours according to the valuation rules previously fixed. Wage types are generated for each absence day / hour on the basis of the selected rule. The wage types subdivided in this way are finally valuated.
The outcome of this process is a table where the data related to the absence are displayed. They are subdivided in fixed ranges (for example INAIL: days 2-4: compensation 0%, compensation paid by the company 60%) on the basis of the compensation and/or the amount paid by the company which the employee is entitled to receive. Further variables (for instance the time frame of the protected absence period) regulating some of the most popular national contracts are to be taken into consideration as well.
● Section 3 of the form CUD (Unified Employee Declaration in Italy)
● Recalculation
● Deferred month.
