Personal Work Schedule for Concurrent
Employment (RPTPSHCE Report) 
You can use this report to display an overview of concurrently employed persons’ planned working times over the different personnel assignments. On the basis of this information, you can plan changes to planned working times, for example, and find out about past periods. You can see at a glance whether there are overlaps in the times of an employee’s different personnel assignments.
In addition, you can use the overview and detail view of the report to inform employees of their work schedules.
You can also use this report
· If you do not use the Time Evaluation component
· If the employee group being evaluated also contains employees who have only one personnel assignment
· This report outputs the personal work schedules of all employees specified in the selection conditions. If an employee has more than one personnel assignment, the system automatically selects the employee’s other personnel assignments and displays the corresponding work schedules.
· You can use this report as the standard report for displaying the personal work schedule. If, for some purposes, you only want to have an overview of one employee group and its working times, you can deselect the Take all personnel assignments field. If the field is deselected, the system outputs only the personnel assignment of the specified personnel number, and not any other personnel assignments the employee may have.
· You can run the report for one employee or group of employees over a data selection period of your choice. In the Display Periods area you can restrict the data selection period further and you can also select inactive personnel assignments.
· If required, you can use the person selection period as a selection criterion by choosing the Show Person Selection Period pushbutton.
· You can choose the Selection Fields pushbutton to select many more selection criteria, such as Supervisor Area, Time Recording Administrator, orCustomer-Specific Status.
· If you use Time Evaluation and you require information about past periods, you can have the system read the work schedules from the PSP table on the BR cluster. This enables you to display information about work schedules that RPTIME01 generated dynamically during runtime. To activate this option, select the Read from cluster field.
· Two views of the personal work schedules are available:
Overview screen
In the overview screen, the system outputs three columns for each day: the work schedule of the personnel assignment, the start time, and the end time. The overview screen is particularly suitable if you want to create a weekly or monthly schedule for an employee or group of employees.
Detail screen
The detail screen displays all key information about the work schedules of individual employees and their personnel assignments. The detail screen is particularly suitable if you want to analyze the workdays in more detail.
You can switch between the two views by choosing the Detail Screen or Overview Screen pushbutton.
· If an employee’s work schedules overlap on a day, the system highlights the employee’s personnel assignments in red in the overview screen, provided that you selected the Take all personnel assignments field.
· If errors occur in the selection of personal work schedules, the system displays the situations in a dialog box. The errors may originate from incorrect Customizing settings or the master data of the selected personnel assignments.
· If you select a row and choose Details, the system displays in a dialog box an overview of the key information about a personnel assignment.
· You can add more fields to your list or remove fields by choosing the Change Layout pushbutton.
