Procedure documentation Maintaining Remaining Plan Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You want to maintain the remaining plan for individual projects and periods.

·        You select by project (project definition or WBS element) and in so doing limit the list of WBS elements for which you can maintain remaining plans.

·        After choosing a WBS element from the list, the remaining plan is processed in a Microsoft Excel template.

Procedure

...

        1.      Select Creating and Changing Remaining Plan (transaction /SAPPCE/PNV07).

If you call the transaction for the first time during the current session (mode), the dialog box DB Profile appears. Enter a DB profile and choose Continue.

The selection screen appears.

        2.      Enter the selection criteria such as the WBS element to be planned, the period and fiscal year.

Additionally, you can define selection variants and use dynamic selections. For more information on these selection possibilities see SAP Library under Logistics ® Project System ® Project Information System ® Working with the Information System ® Selection Criteria and Representation.

        3.      Make your selection.

The overview screen for the remaining plan appears. On this screen, a table appears with the selected WBS elements. The project data for the WBS element is displayed in the table.

       4.      Flag the WBS element for which you want to create or change the remaining plan.

       5.      If you want to enter or change planned costs and planned revenues choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with quick info Maintain Remaining Plan.

The processing screen appears.

Enter the required data.

Save your input.

       6.      If you want to display the construction progress report for the WBS element, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with quick info Display Construction Progress Report for WBS Element.

The overview screen appears for the construction progress report.
