Infotype
0155 (Additional Administration Data)
Infotype 0155 includes a series of administrative information used in different parts of the Italian payroll run, which is not contained in other infotypes.
It is updated when the employee is hired, and when the work relationship terminates, since it contains information related to the management of severance pay, as well as concerning settlement and provisions.
The system does not consider the periods during which the work relationship is not to be considered as active (e.g. due to a career break) for the seniority calculation for the retirement allowance.
The dates on this infotype must be manually managed by the user (“Conventional seniorities”).
The values of these infotype fields are read during the month when the retirement allowance is paid, and reduce abatements according to the present value. Months/years are subtracted from the number of years/months calculated according to the standard procedure.
The Social Security and Contribution Data infotype is made up of basic data as well as the following field groups:
Settlement indicator:This field indicates whether the employee is entitled to the year-end settlement as active employee. That is (in this case an employee with the indicator 01), whether the employee is entitled to payment after dismissal.
Provisions indicator:This indicator is assigned according to the employee’s entitlement to provisions (01 for an active employee). The employee’s entitlement to provisions varies depending on the employee’s status: for example, the provisions of an employee doing military service are not accrued (indicator 04).
If the provisions indicator associated to the employee through this infotype entails the suspension of pay scale jump maturation, the system postpones the date of the next jump of two months.
Severance pay accrual:The indicator 01 is assigned to active employees. By entering this indicator, the system accrues the severance pay amount. A different indicator is assigned to the dismissed employee (currently 02). With this indicator the system does not accrue the severance pay but calculates the severance pay amount accrued up to the leaving date.

Example: if the employee ends its work in March and the severance pay is accrued in June, the infotype 0003 blocks the payroll in April and May. The accrual for these months equals 0 because workdays equal 0.
Type of retroactive calculation: this indicator identifies the type of retroactive calculation to be used. At present it is possible to choose between two types of retroactive calculation defined in this infotype (individual - normative). It is important to restrict the record of this infotype for the period (in period) from which the retroactive calculation must start.

Example: if it is February (in period) and it is necessary to perform the retroactive calculation for January (for period), it is important that the date on the infotype 0155 is 01.02 – 28.02.
The period for the retroactive calculation finds itself on the infotype 0003 (see Integration).
Seniority conventional date: this data is aimed at determining the start date (past or, in case of first employment, future) for the severance pay accrual in order to calculate the tax base.

Example: the employee has been hired on 01.01.2000, but the conventional date is 01.06.1985. From this date on he has started accruing his severance pay by a previous employer.

Note: until 2000, each accrued severance pay year entitles to a 600.000 LIT reduction on the tax base. From 2001 on this law has been modified, since the reduction is now a yearly withholding.
Conventional leave date: this data is also used to calculate the sick leave, since the treatment of the latter also depends on the employee’s seniority (scales).
Conventional severance pay seniority: these two fields (months and years) express the same concept as the conventional date in months/years.

Note: the management of these two fields is alternative to those of the conventional date.
The infotype 0003 contains the date of the period to be retroactively calculated.

Example: back to the previous example, in infotype 0003 the retroactive calculation date will be 01.01 – 31.01.
