Scenario

A grant has been created and is now in status “Award” (I5616). It also belongs to authorization group 1. A type P2 budget has been entered for the grant and user Rodney Nielsen wants to display the relevant document, number 123456.

 

To do this, Rodney goes to the Easy Access menu and chooses Accounting ® Public Sector Management ® Grants Management ® Grantee Management ® Budgeting ® Entry Documents ® Display Budget Document.

How Authorizations Work

When Rodney actions this step, the system verifies that the following authorizations have been entered in his user profile:

 

For the Grant (F_FIGM_GNT):

For Rodney to be able to display entry documents relating to the budget for this grant, he must have all the above authorizations. If he lacks any of them, the system displays an error message.
