Candidacy Information (Infotype 5133) 

Definition

Candidacy data is stored in this infotype.

Requisition and Candidate are linked through the Candidacy object, not through the Candidacy Information infotype. 

Use

In Recruitment, data that a manager or recruiter creates for a candidacy is saved in this infotype.

Structure

The following data is stored in this infotype:

●     Candidacy Status

●     Status Reason

●     Note for Candidacy (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)

●     Assignment Ranking (average value of all rankings given to the candidacy. These rankings are saved as data records for the Ranking infotype (5142).)

●     Assignment has been Ranked (indicator showing whether a ranking of the candidate exists regarding the assignment of the candidate to a requisition. These rankings are saved as data records for the Ranking infotype (5142).)

●     Subarea of E-Recruiting (Recruitment)
