Order Items

Definition

Archiving object J_ISP_VBLN for archiving order items from Media Sales and Distribution.

Use

You can use this archiving object to archive order items from Media Sales and Distribution that you no longer require in the system. You normally archive order items that have been completed for two or three years.

You can archive order items if the following prerequisites are fulfilled:

The order items to be archived are completed
There are no complaints or returns for the order item
The items do not belong to an amortization order
