Availability Control 

Use

This function enables you to evaluate the availability control check that is automatically carried out by the system.

Features

Availability control is evaluated in a budget structure for the period selected. The result of the evaluation is issued in a log in which each selected budget structure element is displayed.

To evaluate availability control, choose the following from the SAP Easy Access screen Human Resources ®  Personnel Management ® Position Budgeting and Control ® Personnel Budget Plan Management ® Information System ® Financing ® Availability Control.
