Weighing 

Definition

Weighing is a yard activity created in the system to register the weight of a vehicle.

 

Use

Weighing activities can be created and executed by any of the following users:

·        Yard managers via the yard monitor. For more information, see Creating a Weighing Activity.

·        Checkpoint operators via the checkpoint tool. For more information, see Using the Checkpoint Tool.

·        Desktop users via the loading/unloading point tool. For more information, see Using the Loading/Unloading Point Tool.

Alternatively, these users can create weighing activities to be executed later by another worker.
