Definition

Data concerning a candidate’s qualifications is stored in this infotype.

Use

In Recruitment, the qualifications that a candidate records in his or her profile are saved in this infotype. The individual records of the infotype correspond to the individual qualifications and the proficiencies that the candidate has.

Structure

In this infotype, the following data is stored for a qualification:

●     Hierarchy Level in Qualifications Catalog (indicates whether it is a qualification or a qualification group)

●     Object ID of Qualification or Qualification Group

●     Proficiency of a qualification using a quality scale

●     Other Qualifications (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)
