Creating an Appraisal Document 

Use

The Create Appraisal Document transaction is available for creating individual appraisal documents for the appraisal process.

All participants of an appraisal process can create appraisal documents.

Prerequisites

The appraisal template has been prepared.

Procedure

       1.      Call the Create Appraisal Document transaction (PHAP_CREATE_PA.)

       2.      Select the appraisal template you require from the dialog box.

       3.      Double-click on the relevant entry or position the cursor on the entry and transfer it.

Result

The appraisal document is created.

You can define the participant data (appraiser, possibly a part appraiser, appraisee) and a validity period in which the appraisal process is to take place.
