Dialog Wage Type 

Definition

Primary wage type that you enter on-line.

Use

You can, for example, enter a dialog wage type in the following infotypes in the SAP System:

·        Basic Pay infotype (0008)

·        Recurring Payments and Deductions infotype (0014)

·        Additional Payments infotype (0015)

·        EE Remuneration Info infotype (2010)

·        External Bank Transfers infotype (0011)

·        Time Quota Compensation infotype (0416)

In some Time Management infotypes you can determine a different payment. Here you also enter a wage type.

As well as the international infotypes there are also country-specific infotypes.

If you specify a wage type in this infotype but do not make any entries in the Amount, Number, and Rate fields, this wage type is not taken into account in the payroll run since the system does not store such a wage type in the internal IT table (Input Table).

The dialogue wage types are evaluated in different ways.
